I spent over a decade in the aesthetics industry. Not as a consultant watching from the outside, but as an owner: hiring staff, buying devices, figuring out which treatments actually generate revenue and which ones collect dust. I built Aria Integrative Health in Denver into the #1 Neo provider across the 24-state central region.
Every mistake a practice owner can make, I've probably made it. Overpaying for equipment. Hiring the wrong people. Running promotions that burned cash instead of building a patient base. Those years of trial and error are exactly what I bring to the table now.
I started Practice Empowered because too many owners are getting bad advice from people who've never run a practice. The guidance we give comes from years of managing P&Ls, selecting devices that actually pay for themselves, training staff to close treatments, and building marketing systems that fill rooms. Not theory. Not playbooks copied from other industries. Real experience from inside the treatment room.
Stephanie Tvrdik
Stephanie co-founded both Practice Empowered and Aria Integrative Health. Her background in integrative wellness and patient experience means she sees the practice from the patient's perspective: what makes people come back, what makes them refer friends, and what makes a first visit feel worth the drive.
At PE, she runs client relationships, coordinates event logistics, and oversees team development programs. She complements Nick's device and marketing expertise with clinical operations and staff culture. When practices work with us, Stephanie is the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
